Refund policy

Every item is custom made for your little prince, princess, or super hero. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to product quality, please contact me within 1 day after receiving your item, as we want every customer to have the perfect item. Together we will find a solution. All others requests are not refundable. Product purchases and shipping are non-refundable due to incorrect address and or unable to deliverable. I will only accept unused damaged merchandise as returnable for exchange.
